Worcester is the worst ever. Wants us to buy a yellow trash bag which is extremely expensive 5 for 12 bucks. I did that and put the trash outside, now you guys opened it (who does that) and left it . While it’s the city bag. What the heck I am supposed to do with it? Why am I paying taxes and buy that stupid trash bag . You guys don’t care about Vernon hill/Esther st .

I stand here in this beautiful court house and wonder why it's so beautiful and such a grand waste of space? This staircase alone could be an entire building on its own. Do they make these tall balconies just to temp people to jump off after seeing what all their court fees go toward?

I have been working with Marina of the Worcester Court Service Center for the past few weeks both virtually and in-person and have been pleased to receive a consistently high level of attentiveness, concern, and professionalism. She has helped me navigate some very challenging tasks which felt insurmountable to me, being without representation. If you lack access to an attorney, or if you are looking to apply for court-appointed counsel, the Worcester CSC should be your first stop. You will not be disappointed.

UPDATE: I had a hearing in Housing Court in September 2024. I am STILL waiting for documents to be sent to me regarding the final decision of a landlord at 21 Mount Vernon Street, unit 3C Worcester, who felt like he had all rights to my security deposit. I took ZINOVY and MIKHAL TOKAR to court numerous times for mold and a roach infestation. Although I called the housing court and was redirected several times...I've been told the letter was mailed to my new address. It's September of 2025I am still waiting! Safe to say- ZINOVY and MIKHAL was able to KEEP my $1200 thanks to WORCESTER DISTRICT COURT! I appreciate all your help! The previously mentioned "landlords" were so spiteful and revengeful that they illegally posted the apartment on Zillow, unbeknownst to me, in an attempt to make my family homeless. I was never asked to leave...and if they tried to evict me, it was under illegal terms due to me making them do their job. When I received the Zillow notification, I immediately informed the two idiots, in which they immediately removed the posting. Word of advice- Be wary of the information you receive from folks who work at WDC. I was literally told by a housing court "lawyer"
